Christina Corcoran, L.Ac. MSTOM
Christina Corcoran is an Acupuncturist and Herbalist licensed by the California State Board. She began her training at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, and there received her Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine. While studying, she worked in various clinical internships to treat diverse cases. These included the integrative medicine department at the UCSD Cancer Research Institute in Encinitas, California, and in collaboration with UCSD medical students serving the homeless and underserved at Pacific Beach United Methodist Church, and finally the Veterans Clinic serving all active duty military, reservists, veterans, and retirees, as well as their families.
During her time at PCOM, Mark and Marie Kastner have mentored Christina, teaching her how to treat a multitude of conditions seen at the clinic. Currently, Christina is pursing her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, and is an assistant teacher for the students at the school. She has a passion for treating all conditions, and a focus on complete and holistic wellness.
