ACUPRESSURE FOR JET LAG

Here are some helpful easy acupressure points which can bring some instant relief and be easily performed during your flight, while sitting in your seat. Locate the pressure point, and use a gentle massaging pressure to reduce Jetlag and arrive at your destination refreshed and energized.

NAUSEA, FATIGUE, LETHARGY
This pressure point, Yin Tang, is located on the bridge of the nose between the eyebrows. Locate this point and gently press or massage this point for one minute.

HEADACHE, STRESS, NECK PAIN.
Locate the midline of the base of your skull with your index fingers. This should feel like a slight depression or hollow. Move your fingers about one inch either side of this location along the base of the skull. These two points are GB20, and should be massaged using your index or middle fingers for one minute.

ANXIETY, NERVOUSNESS, NAUSEA.
To locate PC 6 hold your hand palm side up. The point is on the center line of your forearm, two thumb widths up (towards your elbow) from the wrist crease. Massage with gentle to moderate pressure using your thumb for one minute.
